PBBC Services

PBBC offers the following free services to the Portsmouth Community:

  • BART (Becoming A Responsible Teen)

  • TOP (Teen Outreach Program)

  • Teen Advisory Subcommittee (TAS) Meetings, which are held every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 4:30pm until 6:30 pm, are designed to further educate teens and offer teens the opportunity to informally discuss issues that concern them
  • Quarterly coalition meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am.

Peer Educators represent PBBC throughout the area at workshops and public awareness events.  Teens interested in becoming certified Peer Educators must complete two additional components, Public Speaking and Values Clarification, and an exit interview with PBBC's Executive Director.  Peer Educators are given the opportunity to receive future training and participate in  special events.
